We established Next Day Blinds in 1993 with one purpose: to deliver premium-quality window coverings faster than others and at a better price. So from the beginning, customer satisfaction was much more to us than a mandatory marketing phrase; it's the promise at the very core of our business model.
To make sure we're delivering on that promise, we ask our customers to rate their experience (through independent, third-party surveys), using the results to guide our internal program of continuous improvement. Achieving recognition for excellent customer service from independent bureaus, consumer groups and rating companies tells us we're doing what we set out to do. And it tells you that you don't have to take our word for it.
We're proud of our BBB Torch and the 2009 Angie's List Super Service Award (for the second year in a row). We have been a BBB Accredited Business since 1998 and currently maintain an A+.

Our Customer Satisfaction Index
Since our inception in 1993, we at Next Day Blinds have utilized the services of an unaffiliated third party consulting group to collect data from our "full service" customers. The data we collect is used to generate a measure of satisfied customers and a collective customer rating of overall satisfaction.
Our index was originally developed for internal use only- and as such it has value only to the extent that it has integrity. The internal use of the index is to drive our Company's mission for providing the highest probability of the best possible outcome for our customers.
