I am a new home owner in Washington DC, also new to the metro area. Our realtor suggested we try Next Day Blinds and it was the best recommendation I have ever received. Judy came out on Thursday and by 2pm our order was complete. Today, Friday, Jay W. arrived at 930am and installed 12 units in less then 1 hour! The blinds look amazing! He was clean, fast and polite. So in less than 24 hours my whole home is complete!

    Recently I contacted Next Day Blinds to correct a problem I was having with one of my plantation shutters. Even though the shutter was installed by Next Day Blinds a few years ago I was extremely impressed at how responsive and courteous the company representative was when I called about the problem.

    But that is not all, for I was further impressed by the employees performance who came to my home. In summary, I found Next Day Blinds to be a quality caring company with employees who exude the highest degree of promptness and performance in servicing.

Since our inception in 1993, we at Next Day Blinds have utilized the services of an unaffiliated third party consulting group to collect data from our "full service" customers. The data we collect is used to generate a measure of satisfied customers and a collective customer rating of overall satisfaction.
Our index was originally developed for internal use only- and as such it has value only to the extent that it has integrity. The internal use of the index is to drive our Company's mission for providing the highest probability of the best possible outcome for our customers.
