Since our inception in 1993, we at Next Day Blinds have utilized the services of an unaffiliated third party consulting group to collect data from our "full service" customers. The data we collect is used to generate a measure of satisfied customers and a collective customer rating of overall satisfaction.
Our index was originally developed for internal use only- and as such it has value only to the extent that it has integrity. The internal use of the index is to drive our Company's mission for providing the highest probability of the best possible outcome for our customers.
