Every Great WindowsTM product we make at Next Day Blinds is covered by a Lifetime Product Warranty. And any product we install is also covered by our Ten-Year Installation Warranty. But it's Next Day Blinds' exclusive Seven-Year In-Home Service Warranty that really sets us apart from the competition.
Lifetime product warranty.
Just as it says: In the event of factory defect or mechanical failure of any Great Windows product, we will repair or replace that product at no charge. (Lifetime Product Warranty coverage excludes defects resulting from abuse, misuse, or improper care and maintenance.) If any Great Windows product requires replacement and the product, pattern or color has been discontinued, we will replace it with a product of similar style and value. (Replacement is limited to the defective or malfunctioning product only.)
Ten-year installation warranty.
We ensure that every installation meets our rigorous standards by using only Next Day Blinds professional installers, who receive extensive training specific to the products we manufacture and sell. With our Ten-Year Installation Warranty, all our installations are warranted to the original purchaser for ten years against inadequate or improper fastening to walls, ceilings or window frames that results in mechanical malfunction or failed installation.
Seven-year in-home service warranty.
Other companies offer lifetime warranties. But read the fine print. Typical lifetime warranties require you to remove the installed product and return it to the store or manufacturer for repairs. Our in-home service warranty makes it much easier for you. For the first seven years after we install a product, Next Day Blinds will perform warranty repairs in your home, free of chargewithout removing the product whenever possible. If the product must be removed for repairs, we will remove it and re-install it after repair.
