District Manager – Retail Showrooms
Next Day Blinds is looking for a District Manager to be responsible for the total operation of multiple retail stores and represent our brand in the Virginia, District of Columbia and Maryland region. District Managers are accountable for ensuring exceptional customer experiences, driving revenue, the overall profitability of their stores, and the development of the Managers and Assistant managers within their stores. Your focus must be on ensuring the highest probability of the best possible outcome for the customer. Custom Shutter Production Manager
We are currently seeking a Bilingual Shutter Production Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for supervising shop employees in our blinds and shutter manufacturing and assembly departments: plan and assign work, implement policies and procedures and recommend improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions. Must be able to assist the VP of Operations in improving a system of production control, standard operating procedures, safety, quality control, and performance management so that our products are manufactured on-schedule and within quality standards and cost objectives.
Join one of our 30+ showrooms in the Maryland/Virginia area. A passion for sales& design a must. Experience in the home furnishings industry a plus. We provide paid training and continued support. Excellent compensation/benefits package.
Join our Shop-At -Home Consultant team in the Washington, DC area. Excellent communication skills required; experience in interior design and/or the home-furnishings industry is a plus. Must have a good driving record. We provide paid training, and all the tools you need to succeed. You provide the passion for design and the desire to work in a fast-paced sales environment. Excellent compensation/benefits package.
Next Day Blinds is currently looking to expand our In-Home Measurement team. When a customer orders products from NDB, we provide a service in which a measurer goes to a client's home for an assessment to ensure the window coverings that were purchased will fit perfectly. The ideal candidate will have experience working in-home, with custom materials and working in a technical field support role.
Measure and install window coverings. We provide in-depth training on all our product types; experience in installation, carpentry, construction, and in-home service is a plus. A good driving record is a must. Competitive salary, bonuses, excellent benefits package.
